Ms.Sowmya Kidambi

Sowmya Kidambi has worked with the Mazdoor Kisan Shakti Sangathan (MKSS) based in Rajasthan, India since 1998 and has played an important role in the formulation and passage of the Right to Information (RTI) and the employment guarantee laws in India. Prior to joining SSAAT in her current role, she was associated with the Strategies and Performance Innovations Unit, Department of Rural Development, Government of Andhra Pradesh (India) as Social Development Specialist where she was actively involved in institutionalising the social audit process as part of the National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme. Kidambi holds a M.A in Social Work (Urban and Rural Community Development) from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Bombay, India.

Qualification from the University: M.Sc in Agriculture with Specialization in Agronomy from Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University, Hyderabad. Qualified in National Eligibility Test (NET) from ASRB, New Delhi.

Experience: Experience: Work experience of 18 years in the Department of Agriculture in various arena viz., Extension service, Soil analyst, pesticide analyst, as faculty in SAMETI and scheme officer for different GoI schemes in O/o Commissioner and Director of Agriculture (C&DA). Worked as a coordinator in O/o C&DA Rainfed Area Development scheme under National Mission for Sustainable Agriculture (NMSA), climate change project funded by NAFCC, Pradhan Mantri Krishi sinchayee Yojana (PMKSY), National Food Security Mission (oilseeds & oilpalm).

Mr. N Ramachandra Raju is from Treasury and Accounts Department of SSAAT Telangana. He holds B.Com degree from Andhra University, Vishakhapatnam and joined in the Government services in March 1992. He has been deputed as Accounts Officer for Society for Social Audit Accountability & Transparency on 10.08.2020. He has previously worked as Accounts Officer in AIDS control society, Hyderabad and also worked as Accounts Officer at Director of Horticulture and Sericulture for Micro Irrigation Project (MIP), Govt of Telangana, Hyderabad.

Mr.P.V.Raja Ram Mohan Roy

Roy has been associated with the development sector for over 13 years and has previously been involved in programs related to strengthening and empowering SHGs; Water & Sanitation; Health & Nutrition with the support of CARE, Aid et Action and WaterAid respectively. Roy joined SSAAT in January 2010 and is presently responsible for conduct of social audits in the Telengana region of Andhra Pradesh. He holds a M.A in Social Work from VMRF, Tamil Nadu.

Thirupathi has 15 years of experience in the field of rural development and has worked with organizations such as DPIP, IKP-SERP and ITDA amongst others. Since Jan 2010 he has been working with SSAAT where he has led the process of Social Audit as State Team Monitor. Currently, he is responsible for data management, monitoring and evaluation of the programs. Thirupathi holds a M.A in Sociology from the Osmania University, Hyderabad
